This service provides the submission of permit requests for artists and the organization of concerts in tourist facilities and establishments.

Required Documents
  • The contract concluded between the tourism establishment and the artist to prove the engagement with the artist. *
  • A copy of the artist's passport or ID card. *
  • A copy of the artist's professional card, or alternatively, a signed declaration to practice the artist's profession at the agreed-upon venue. *
  • A copy of the venue rental contract for the event or concert, or a written approval if there is no contract. *
  • Approval from the relevant government authorities, for example: the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Social Development, if the event will be held at an educational institution or a club licensed by the Ministry of Social Development. *
  • If the artist resides in Bahrain, a copy of the residence permit, a no-objection letter from the sponsor, and a copy of the sponsor's ID must be attached to confirm the sponsor's signature. *
