This service provides the submission of permit requests for artists and the organization of concerts in tourist facilities and establishments.

Required Documents

The contract concluded between the tourism establishment and the artist to prove the engagement with the artist.

A copy of the artist's passport or ID card.

A copy of the artist's professional card, or alternatively, a signed declaration to practice the artist's profession at the agreed-upon venue.

A copy of the venue rental contract for the event or concert, or a written approval if there is no contract.

Approval from the relevant government authorities, for example: the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Social Development, if the event will be held at an educational institution or a club licensed by the Ministry of Social Development.

If the artist resides in Bahrain, a copy of the residence permit, a no-objection letter from the sponsor, and a copy of the sponsor's ID must be attached to confirm the sponsor's signature.
